OPTION 1 - SHOPPING MALLS & BUSINESS

Possible Situation:

You are building a new shopping centre, supermarket or other similar complex and are deciding upon a security system. OPTION 2 - CITY SURVEILLANCE

Possible Situation:

You are looking for an urban surveillance solution having had too many reported incidents of theft, rape and murder in certain areas. You have been approached by a number of companies offering to provide relevant solutions ranging from analogue systems into Digital Video Recorders and IP solutions with wireless networks. You have certain areas of low lighting which criminals are using to their advantage and you require to record information for prolonged periods and make this information quickly available to law enforcement agencies. Your solutions need to be easily moved and ready for quick deployment whilst still being able to handle vehicle and registration number identification to central databases, software enhancements to show the face and other key features. Most importantly the system must be reliable and future proof offering a forward upgrade path that is simple and allowing for further integration as newer and better products become available.

Solution:

Choose a TCP/IP networked solution that offers cabled or wireless routing. Image resolution and high frame rates are a key requirement allowing for capture, email, SMS and MMS of key snapshots and images to assist with law enforcement agencies on the ground. Prioritise on key events by using Standard Operating Procedures that highlight the more important events and direct operators on how the event must be handled whilst keeping relevant parties informed and advised. Options for integration according to the level of security required will allow for high resolution cameras, ANPR, Biometrics, Thermal Imaging and Infrared Cameras, all linked through UTP cabling options. Integrate existing and newly installed systems into Sky-Walker which will then provide the controlling and management functionality for the complete system.
